Tile
Tile is durable, energy-efficient, and has an amazing curb appeal. In addition, it is low maintenance, fire-resistant, and has unparalleled longevity.
The two main categories of roofing tile are clay and concrete.
Clay is one of the oldest building material on earth and is a time-tested exterior building product, which makes it an excellent choice for a roofing system. Clay tile, like slate, is costly upfront compared to asphalt shingles, but the benefits of tile vs. asphalt materialize over time.
